- Strategic and results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead marketing efforts in China.
- This is a high-impact role which will drive brand growth, digital engagement, and customer acquisition across key platforms like RED, WeChat, and Douyin.
- Develop the marketing strategy and drive brand expansion in China
- Oversee digital and performance marketing, including KOL/KOC campaigns and paid media
- Develop customer acquisition strategies and optimize conversion funnels
- Analyse data and manage dashboards to track marketing ROI and business impact
- Work closely with our international leadership team and China JV distributor to align commercial goals

- 7+ years of marketing experience in infant formula, nutrition, or FMCG
- Deep expertise in digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce
- Data-driven mindset with experience in A/B testing, audience segmentation, and attribution modelling
- Strong leadership skills, capable of managing teams across interational and China
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
