Position Summary:
The Senior Manager, Media is responsible for managing the planning of paid media strategy and implementation to drive brand advocacy and customer conversion & loyalty.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Work with the line manager to lead collaborations with media and media agencies, leveraging resources to generate insights of target audiences and analyze competitors.
- Develop and deliver media strategies, including performance media, aligned with campaign objectives, create media planning guidelines, and ensure media strategy implementation and performance measurement.
- Collaborate closely with the Content team to identify the right assets for various channels and reach target audiences with the most efficient communication.
- Closely monitor campaign media spending, analyze and verify media report data, attribute performance results, and provide optimization plans proactively and timely to ensure the achievement of communication goals.
- Work closely with PR, Social Media, and Digital Marketing teams to ensure communication consistency across all touchpoints of target audiences.
- Manage the media budget and ensure efficiency.
- Drive the media team's performance.
Qualifications:
Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience in media planning and buying, with at least 2 years of in-house working experience.
- Education & Language: A Bachelor's degree or above. Excellent verbal and written communication in both Chinese and English.
