Responsibilities
1.Lead maintenance team implementation to build up/enhance the maintenance work in the company;
2.Implement E&HS rules in the maintenance
3.PM plan and follow up PM implementation
4.Downtime analysis to improve repair efficiency and OEE

5.Co-operate with various department to arrange the machine maintenance and modification
6.Initiate and review the PM schedule and PM description for new installed equipment
7.Supervise and train the captain and the technicians
8.Supervise the repairing and maintaining on the equipment and utility
9.Perform Lean project team member to provide equipment modifications and installation
10.Responsible for coordinating the work arrangement between engineers and technicians
11.Perform the assignments by Facilities Manager
Requirement
1.University graduate or above;
2.With at least 10 years’ Maintenance working experience, especially in auto line maintain or/and automatic equipment design or manufacturing, and CCL experience is preferred.
