Responsibilities：

1. Responsible for the performance and output of the unit, including financial responsibility
2. Set and follow up targets for the unit, broken down from factory level
3. Drive the development of the unit
4. Responsible for
5. safety of the people, processes and manufactured/delivered products
6. quality + Q-system
7. delivery
8. cost
9. Secure Standardized work & SOP
10. Participate in making the Operational plan
11. Make costing update for the unit
12. Support and initiate supplier development activities together with support functions
13. Support Problem Solving & Improvement activities
14. Understand and deal with the real problems of the unit by being present
15. Involved in new product development and give input to EPD (Existing Product Development)
16. Secure the result of Continuous Improvement activities in the unit, including Lean Six Sigma and 5S
17. Perform audits according to ALPS
18. Responsible for that Supply chain processes within the unit are implemented and maintained

Requirement

1. Bachelor’s degree of Engineering or equivalent experience
2. 3 years Leadership and management skills and experience
3. 5-10 years of experience from production/manufacturing company
4. Experience from improvement tools, e g 5S, Six Sigma, Kaizen
