Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the performance and output of the unit, including financial responsibility
- Set and follow up targets for the unit, broken down from factory level
- Drive the development of the unit
- Responsible for
- safety of the people, processes and manufactured/delivered products
- quality + Q-system
- delivery
- cost
- Secure Standardized work & SOP
- Participate in making the Operational plan
- Make costing update for the unit
- Support and initiate supplier development activities together with support functions
- Support Problem Solving & Improvement activities
- Understand and deal with the real problems of the unit by being present
- Involved in new product development and give input to EPD (Existing Product Development)
- Secure the result of Continuous Improvement activities in the unit, including Lean Six Sigma and 5S
- Perform audits according to ALPS
- Responsible for that Supply chain processes within the unit are implemented and maintained
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree of Engineering or equivalent experience
- 3 years Leadership and management skills and experience
- 5-10 years of experience from production/manufacturing company
- Experience from improvement tools, e g 5S, Six Sigma, Kaizen
