about the job:
- Study upstream the technical and economic feasibility, planning and viability of Marketing launch briefs.
- Advise marketing by providing technical solutions and innovation opportunities and by anticipating industrial and economic problems.
- Formalize the marketing definition of the product, in respect of the QCP system.
- Calculate and communicate price estimates and consolidate the investment file.
- Prepare and follow through detailed product development schedules.
- Organize and lead meetings to convince, motivate and federate internal and external stakeholders for decision making.
- Alert management and BUs in the event of risks, drift and projects' functioning (planning, resources, costs, financial risks).
- Timely update of end-to-end IT tools (Magellan, MINDS, SPOT) and ensure the good quality of data.
- Follow through commercialization agreements and non-conformity treatment.
- Any other responsibilities assigned by the line manager.
requirements:
- At least 3 years working experience in Product Development (better in FMCG and cosmetic industry).
- Fluent English in both writing and speaking.
- Strong and smart communication, influencing others positively.
- Detailed oriented, open minded, with “can do” altitude.
- Good understanding on plant operation/supply chain operation/color & perm technology will be a “plus”.
- Team player and strong spirit of collaboration.
