Audio Intelligence: Build a best-in-class insights engine focused on the audio category, music consumption habits, and youth subcultures across key APAC markets.
Trend Forecasting: Track the convergence of hardware, software, and lifestyle trends, providing foresight on how Gen Z and creative professionals interact with premium sound.
Competitor Mapping: Analyze not just functional competitors, but "share of ear" and "share of lifestyle" rivals in the premium electronics space.
2. Strategic Ecosystems (Music, Tech & Innovation)
Tech & Platform Partnerships: Explore integrations with music streaming platforms, smart home ecosystems, and high-fidelity audio technologies.
R&D & Academic Collaboration: Partner with research institutions on acoustics, psychoacoustics, and sustainable materials for the next generation of audio products.
Innovation Scouting: Identify emerging startups in Spatial Audio, AI-driven sound, and wearable tech that align with the brand’s iconic heritage and future direction.
3. Growth & Portfolio Strategy
Organic Growth: Pinpoint "whitespace" in the APAC market for new audio categories, limited-edition collaborations, and localized GTM strategies that resonate with local music scenes.
Inorganic Expansion : Monitor the landscape for boutique audio brands or technology enablers that could complement the global portfolio.
Strategic Planning: Lead long-range planning that balances commercial scale with brand heat and cultural relevance.

Passion for Music: A profound understanding of the global music industry and audio technology is a significant advantage.
Market Fluency: Deep roots in at least two priority markets (China, Japan, Korea, India); China experience is essential.
Strategic Mindset: Ability to turn "cool" cultural trends into scalable business models and investment hypotheses.
