Job description:
- A startup for digital fitness products that is looking for its first technical leader specializing in mobile app development with Flutter.
- Experience in AI and smart devices would be a significant asset. This person will act as the Head of Technology and will have a future career path to become the CTO.
- Responsibilities will include leading architectural design, performing hands-on development, and overseeing future team leadership and hiring.
Requirements:
- A great balance of architecture design and hands-on development
- Specializing in hybrid apps development with Flutter (candidates with native apps background is not preferable); relevant experience of AI/ML, streaming or IoT/digital devices would be advantageous
- Smart, and able to understand and translate complex business concept the technical requirement to build the features from 0 to 100
- Able to think out of the box to suggest workable technical solutions/options based on the future's business requirement
- Good leadership skills with charisma, ideally with team leading and recruiting experience
