Key Responsibilities
- AI System Design & Development: Develop, deploy, and optimize high-code AI applications, agents, and automated workflows to meet complex business needs.
- Implementation of Banking Solutions: Design and deliver practical AI solutions by understanding key banking operations, generating tangible business value.
- AI Agent Platform Integration: Consolidate and integrate existing isolated AI capabilities and agents within the company to establish a unified and collaborative AI agent framework and middleware.
- Engineering & Collaboration: Use tools such as GitHub to establish robust code management, CI/CD, and collaboration processes, ensuring high-quality, maintainable, and traceable project delivery.
- Technology Innovation: Stay updated on AI trends, and evaluate and introduce new tools, frameworks, and methodologies suitable for banking scenarios to maintain technological leadership.
Requirements (Mandatory)
Technical Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in AI/machine learning system development, with proficiency in Python and related ecosystems (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, FastAPI).
- Strong high-code development ability, capable of independently handling architecture design, core module coding, and system optimization.
- Proficient in GitHub workflows, familiar with team collaboration, code review, and automated deployment processes.
Project Experience:
- Hands-on experience in successfully delivering AI projects from scratch, with at least two medium-sized AI projects led from start to finish.
- Practical experience in integrating multiple independent AI modules or agents to build unified platforms or solutions.
Domain Knowledge:
- Familiar with banking processes and operational environments; experience in banking or fintech AI projects is preferred.
Language Skills:
- Fluent in English, able to read technical documentation and engage in international technical exchanges without barriers.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills, capable of collaborating across business, technical, and managerial teams.
- Product-minded, able to translate business requirements into clear technical plans and execution paths.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Azure AI Stack or mainstream cloud AI services.
- Experience with agent frameworks (e.g., AutoGen, CrewAI) in development or application.
- Awareness of banking data governance and model risk management practices.
- Experience in technical team management or as a Tech Lead.
