-End-to-End Orchestration: Lead the comprehensive execution of complex technical programs encompassing both hardware and software integration from concept to global launch.
-Vendor & Partner Management: Serve as the primary technical liaison for external vendors and strategic manufacturing partners in the APAC region, ensuring strict adherence to technical specs, quality standards, and timelines.
-Cross-Functional Alignment: Coordinate across multidisciplinary internal teams—including HW, SW, QA, Data, and Product Design—to synchronize milestones and unblock dependencies.
-Risk Mitigation & Sprint Execution: Own program schedules, identify critical-path dependencies, mitigate technical risks, and facilitate agile ceremonies (sprint planning, technical reviews).
-Stakeholder Communication: Provide transparent, data-driven program visibility and status updates to leadership and cross-regional stakeholders.

-Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
-Industry Experience: 5+ years of technical program/project management experience within device-based product ecosystems (hardware + software integration), OR 3+ years specifically within the advanced display/interactive device sector (AR/VR/XR).
-Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle (PDLC), embedded systems, and the technical challenges of blending hardware with software.
-Vendor Delivery: Proven track record of managing multi-vendor programs and navigating complex supply chain ecosystems.
-Methodologies & Tools: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum frameworks and proficiency with collaboration tools like JIRA and Confluence. PMP certification is a strong plus.
-Language & Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management skills; Native/Fluid Mandarin fluency coupled with professional working proficiency in English.
