• Bachelor's degree or above. At least 1 years of experience in TikTok operation with In-depth knowledge of TikTok platform rules and trends.​ Have team management experience is preferred.
• Strong creative thinking and content planning abilities, with a proven track record of creating popular TikTok content.​
• Proficiency in using data analysis tools to evaluate the operation performance and optimize strategies.​
• Fluent in English.
