• 15+ years of financial management experience in an MNC; Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or broader healthcare industry is highly preferred, especially with prescription drugs.
• Proven expertise in Commercial Finance, with strong skills in analyzing sales & marketing investments.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and developing a finance team.
• Business fluency in English is essential for global stakeholder communication.
