岗位职责:
1. Overall Equipment & Facility Management: Oversee the comprehensive management of all production equipment, utility systems, and plant infrastructure. Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance plans.
全面设备及设施管理:负责全厂范围内所有生产设备、公用设施及厂房基础设施的全面管理工作。制定并执行设备的预防性维护、预测性维护计划。

2. Process Equipment & public facility management system development: Lead the establishment ,implementation, and continuous improvement of the company’s equipment management system. Develop and optimize the grading management model for equipment and spare parts, establishing maintenance strategies and safety stock for critical equipment.
设备管理体系建立:主导建立、实施并不断完善公司的设备管理体系。建立并优化设备及备件的分级管理模型,制定关键设备的维护策略和备件安全库存。
3. Engineering team build up and management: Lead and manage the equipment maintenance and technical team. Be responsible for work allocation, performance management, skill training, and talent development.
工程团队建设与管理:领导和管理设备维护、技术团队。负责团队的工作分配、绩效管理、技能培训和人才梯队建设。
4. Equipment improvement & Planning: Lead modification and upgrade projects for existing equipment to enhance performance, automation, and productivity. Participate in the selection, procurement, installation, and commissioning of new equipment.
主导现有设备的改造、升级项目,以提升设备性能、自动化水平和生产效率。参与新设备的选型、采购、安装和调试工作。
5. Reliability & Failure Analysis: Establish and promote Root Cause Analysis(RCA) processes to conduct in-depth analysis of major equipment failures, implementing effective corrective and preventive actions. Continuously improve OEE and reliability.
可靠性提升与故障分析: 建立并推行根本原因分析流程,对重大设备故障进行深入分析,制定并实施有效的纠正与预防措施。持续提升设备综合效率和可靠性;
6. Maintenance Cost Control: Prepare and manage the department’s annual maintenance budget, strictly controlling maintenance cost, spare parts procurement, and external service expenses.
维护成本控制:负责编制和管理部门的年度维修预算,严格控制维修费用、备件采购成本及外部服务费用;
7. Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Provide strong technical support to the production department, responding quickly and resolving complex equipment issues. Proficient in mechanical and electrical principles to guide the team through technical challenges.
技术支持与解决:为生产部门提供强有力的技术支持,快速响应和解决复杂的设备技术问题。精通机械和电气原理,能够指导团队进行技术攻关;
任职要求:
1. Education & Major: Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related fields.
学业与专业:本科及以上学历,机械工程、电气工程、自动化等相关专业。
2. Work experience: Minimum 10 years of equipment engineering management experience in Manufacturing, with at least 5 years in an engineering manager or equivalent leadership role. Proven experience in establishing or comprehensively optimizing equipment management systems ;
工作经验:至少10年以上在制造业的设备工程管理经验,其中不少于5年担任工程经理或同等管理岗位。拥有建立和全面优化设备管理体系的成功经验。
3. Professional Knowledge & Skills: Profound mechanical and electrical expertise; Mastery of modern management tools(e.g., Life Cycle Asset Management, TPM, OEE, RCA);
深厚的机械与电气专业知识;精通设备全生命周期管理、TPM、OEE、RCA等现代管理工具;熟练设备备件管理、维护预算编制与成本控制;具备丰富的团队管理和项目管理经验。
4. Personal Qualities: Strong leadership, responsibility, and ability to work under pressure; Results-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
