Business Strategy Development and Execution: Based on the company's future strategic intent, and considering market demand and the competitive landscape, you will formulate and execute highly effective sales and marketing strategies to ensure business targets are met.
Team Management and Development: Lead and empower the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service team of about 15 individuals, establishing efficient collaboration mechanisms, and enhancing the team's overall capabilities. You will be accountable for team performance and staff development.
Key Account Management and Development: Focus on the acquisition and retention of key accounts, establishing and strengthening strategic partnerships, driving the implementation of critical projects, and ensuring continuous business growth.

Management and Leadership Experience: Possesses strong management capabilities, with 10+ years of sales management experience. Experience managing a team of 15 or more is preferred. Results-oriented (Business Improvement focus), capable of formulating and executing tangible sales plans and taking ownership of outcomes. Experienced and capable of adapting to business transformation to lead the team in navigating market challenges.
Preferred Industry Background: Prior working experience in upstream or downstream sectors such as furniture foil/film, decorative foil/film, press lamination, impregnation, decor paper, panel board, or raw paper is a distinct advantage. Possesses in-depth knowledge of decorative materials, surface finishes, or related manufacturing industries.
Market Development Capability: Proven track record of success in developing and managing key account resources. Strong logical thinking, quick-wittedness, and excellent innovative and pioneering capability.
General Competencies: Possesses good taste and aesthetic judgment, strong written, verbal, and cross-cultural communication skills. Fluent in English.
