1.Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) Support (VMware Horizon)
Provide L1 support for end-users accessing virtual desktops through VMware Horizon.
2.Perform initial troubleshooting and resolution of basic connectivity and performance issues impacting the VDI experience.

3.Assist with essential pool management tasks, including the refreshing of desktops and recomposing of golden images.
4.Manage and perform basic administrative tasks on the Horizon Connection Server.
5.Proactively monitor the health and performance of the Horizon environment, including Connection Servers and Unified Access Gateways (UAGs).
6.Understand the function and basic configuration of the UAG.
7.Assist with monitoring the performance of virtual desktops and report any issues, particularly those related to NVIDIA GRID vGPUs and general graphics performance.
9.Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) Support (VMware Workspace ONE)
10.Assist with user onboarding and device enrollment into Workspace ONE UEM (AirWatch).
11.Perform basic administration of devices managed through Workspace ONE UEM, including simple troubleshooting, policy application checks, and device check-in verification.
12.Provide L1 support for application access and single sign-on (SSO) issues through Workspace ONE Access.
13.Troubleshoot basic authentication and access issues within the UEM platform.
14.Maintain and troubleshoot core components like VMware Identity Manager (vIDM) and the vIDM Connector.
15.Assist with the configuration and management of user profiles utilizing VMware Dynamic Environment Manager (DEM).
16.rovide basic support for the Dell Device Manager (WSM).
17.Contribute to preventive maintenance activities to minimize system outages and performance degradation.
18.Maintain and update comprehensive documentation (knowledge base articles, configuration guides, procedural checklists) related to VDI/UEM systems.
19.Actively participate in team training, knowledge sharing sessions, and stay current with the latest VMware Horizon and Workspace ONE features, updates, and best practices.
技能和经验要求
1.Proven experience providing technical support in an enterprise IT environment.
2.Basic understanding of virtualization concepts and VDI technology (preferably VMware Horizon).
3.Familiarity with endpoint management principles and solutions (preferably VMware Workspace ONE/AirWatch).
4.Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) as they relate to VDI connectivity.
5.Basic experience with Active Directory user/group management.
6.Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
7.Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple priorities.
8.Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, OR equivalent practical experience and certifications.
