About the Team
Core Business: You will be guarding the "Crown Jewel" – the Global Brand Official Website, directly impacting global revenue.
Tech Stack: Utilizing modern cloud architecture and CI/CD pipelines; a bridge between business strategy and technical execution.
Exposure: High visibility role, working directly with global stakeholders and managing top-tier international vendors.
Responsibilities
System Stability & SRE: Own the availability and performance of overseas EC platforms. Lead incident management and root cause analysis to ensure SLA attainment.
Mega-Event Support: Orchestrate technical preparation for high-traffic global sales campaigns (e.g., Black Friday), managing capacity planning and performance tuning.
Release & Vendor Management: Oversee the end-to-end release lifecycle, ensuring quality delivery from vendors. Manage IT budgets and drive ROI optimization.
Continuous Improvement: Act as a strategic partner to business stakeholders, identifying technical pain points and driving long-term system optimization.
Skills and Experience Required
Experience: 5+ years in E-commerce Operations or Application Support, with a strong background in Retail/FMCG industries.
Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of EC ecosystems (OMS, Payment, Inventory) and software development lifecycle (SDLC/CI/CD).
Technical & Soft Skills: Ability to troubleshoot technical issues while managing complex stakeholder relationships and vendors. PMP/ITIL certification is a plus.
Language: Fluent English is a must (Working Proficiency); Japanese is highly preferred.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in CS or related fields.
