- Overall management of the operation procurement for all BUs located in China
- Assist SPU Head to coordinate company's strategic operation procurement, focus on benefit expansion.
- Develop purchasing strategy and make action plan for different BUs synergy's purchasing categories and ensure effective progress.
- Complete various tasks assigned by Family Office Timely, and do necessary communication and coordination.
- Train and coach new employees and supervise them to operate according to Policy and SOP.
- According to procurement needs and internal control requirements, cooperate with SQA and BG to develop necessary work instructions for BG and standardize specific operations.
- Manage the operation team of SPU, develop higher capability of the team.
- According to the procurement requirements of NJ-SPU Operation, establish the best personnel ratio and capacity improvement plan implementation.
- Participation procurement negotiation for major commodities as required by the BUs and Singapore office.
- Ensure that the procurement activities are conducted and managed in accordance with best practices and in line with corporate policies and procedures.
- Responsible for providing clear, accurate advice on procurement arrangements for the procurement management as part of the Invitation to Bid (ITB) and bid evaluation process.
- Responsible for ensuring that all agreements, procurement arrangements and other legal documents provided by or to the BU procurement are in accordance with corporate policy and procedural requirements.
- Track and analyze market price trend of procurement material needed by the BUs.
- Preparation of standard terms and conditions of contract for different form of procurement required by the BUs.
- Development of procurement award procedures (suppliers’ prequalification, invitation to bid/tendering, contract preparation and contract administration).
- Review and negotiation of procurement offers received from potential suppliers and bidders in a fair and professional manner in accordance with corporate policy and SOP.
- Contract drafting and preparation as to suit the actual procurement requirements.
- Lead negotiation on all procurement orders variation, claims and contentious issues as required by the BUs.
- Coordination of pre and post procurement administration and management activities.
- Coordinate the procurement approval process in accordance with corporate policies and procedures.
- Preparation and negotiation of a range of other contractual agreements including non disclosure agreements (NDA), novation agreements and assignment agreements, etc.
- Liaison with finance, tax, treasury, legal and insurance representatives.
- Coordinate the preparation of monthly report and other procurement status reports if required.
- Develop an organized filing and folder structure of all contracts documentation including standard contract forms, executed contracts, etc. within the overall document management system.
- Keep abreast of applicable current legal/procurement issues and practice which may influence and affect the procurement activities in the BUs.

- 10+ years of experience in procurement, with a proven track record in a leadership role
- Extensive experience in developing and executing procurement strategies, managing supplier relationships, and managing cross-functional teams across multiple product categories.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to leverage the supply base as part of the value chain.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to align procurement activities with broader business objectives and the specific needs of each product category.
- Strong expertise in supplier scouting, selection, and risk management, with a focus on cost, quality, and delivery performance tailored to the consumer electronics industry.
