岗位内容:
1- Meetings and Agenda Management
a.Managing an extremely active calendar and ensuring the line manger’s schedule is followed and respected
b.Helping to organize meetings with key stakeholders, including GC teams and global teams

2- Travels and Global Visitors Host
a. Execution of annual recurring exhibition events—including major conferences such as JP Morgan and LSI, etc., encompassing advance ticket booking, as well as travel planning and coordination.
b. Hosting global visitors in strict accordance with company standards and requirements and managing hospitality arrangements prudently within the allocated budget, including the entire process from preliminary preparations, restaurant reservations, and vendor selection/ordering, through to onsite hosting execution and subsequent financial settlement.
3- T&E and travel budget management
a.Ensuring timely and accurate completion of expense reports, must follow company’s policy and compliance policy
b. Managing team travel and related expenses, ensuring all within budget, comply with company policy, and align with the execution of the team plan.
4- Regular documents management and system operation
a.Documents management, including whole process of contracts, and other important documents
b. Ariba system, Concur system and other all the company systems conduct
c. Other Administration support
5- Communication & Coordination
a.Act as the liaison between the department and other teams/ external partners; answer routine inquiries, deliver information accurately and ensure smooth cross-department collaboration.
6-Ad-hoc Tasks
a. Complete other temporary assignments arranged by the department head.
Basic Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, relevant administrative working experience is preferred.
2. Proficient in Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); skilled in document formatting and basic data sorting.
3. Good English reading & writing ability for daily business email communication.
