About the Job
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the long-term growth strategy for the Juice Business Unit in China, focusing on high-volume raw materials and trading excellence.
Innovation Driver: Partner with R&D and global product chains to introduce innovative juice-based solutions that meet the changing tastes of Chinese consumers.
P&L Management: Full accountability for the BU's financial performance, ensuring sustainable revenue growth and market share expansion.
Key Account Management: Cultivate C-level relationships with major domestic and international beverage brands in the region.
Skills and Experience Required
Industry Background: Extensive experience in the raw material/ingredient trading industry, specifically within the juice or fruit-based ingredients sector.
Commercial Acumen: Proven track record in managing large-scale commercial operations and navigating the complexities of "Big Material" supply chains.
Leadership: Minimum of 8–10 years of management experience with a demonstrated ability to mentor and scale diverse teams.
Language & Communication: Fluent in both Mandarin and English; ability to translate global strategies into local execution effectively.
Mindset: A growth-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving disruptive innovation in the consumer industry.
