We seek a bilingual Senior Business Development Manager to expand our client base and strategic partnerships in Guangzhou/Shenzhen. You will leverage your deep industry expertise to generate leads, close high-value contracts, and enhance our market presence in overseas education and international tax advisory services.
Reports To: Head of Business Development / Managing Director
key responsibilities
1. Market Expansion: Identify and target new client segments (students, expatriates, HNWIs, corporate clients) across Guangzhou/Shenzhen.
2. Revenue Growth: Achieve annual sales targets through consultative selling of education programs (e.g., university admissions) and tax services (e.g., residency planning, cross-border compliance).
3. Client Lifecycle Management: Lead end-to-end client acquisition, from initial consultation to contract negotiation and onboarding.
4. Market Intelligence: Analyze competitor strategies and regulatory changes (e.g., CRS, global tax reforms) to refine service offerings.
5. Brand Representation: Represent the firm at industry events, webinars, and networking forums across Greater Bay Area.
essential requirements
1. Native/Fluent Mandarin (written/spoken).
2. Professional Fluency in English (IELTS 7.5+/TOEFL 110+ equivalent preferred).
3. Experience:5+ years in business development, sales, or account management within overseas education consulting, international tax advisory, or related financial/immigration services.
4. Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets (attach revenue metrics if possible).
