10+ years of sales experience, with at least five years in a channel management role within the industrial products, metal materials, or related general industrial sectors.
Proven experience in successfully leading and managing a sales or channel team, with strong capabilities in team motivation and people management.
Demonstrated track record of managing and expanding a large-scale distributor network (50 partners or more).
Must possess the experience and ability to successfully handle high-value channel partners (individual annual sales of RMB 20 Million or above).
Excellent commercial negotiation skills, data analysis proficiency, and strong bilingual (Chinese/English) communication skills to thrive in a cross-cultural work environment.
