1. Manage and lead the local commercial team, which includes Customer Service (CS), sample, shipping, product development, and marketing personnel .
2. Inspire the team to quickly grasp new details and quickly pick up new information.
3. Demonstrate the ability to manage team dynamics.
4. Execute Senior Customer Service functions while being ready to the sales.
5. Proactively build and nurture strong relationships with local customers and partners.
6. Provide the necessary support for the production organization (500-600 staff) from the commercial side.

skills and experience required.

1. Ideal candidate should have a background from the building materials industry.
2. Must be able to speak Vietnamese,Chinese,English.
3. Should be internationally educated.
4. Must be able to manage a team.
