- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new and existing smart home product categories in overseas markets.
- Manage the full product lifecycle for assigned categories, from ideation and development to launch and sustained growth, ensuring market fit and competitive advantage.
- Lead the planning and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, PR, and channel marketing, tailored for diverse international audiences.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, consumer insights, and emerging trends to inform product development and marketing efforts.
- Collaborate closely with R&D, sales, and regional marketing teams to ensure alignment on product roadmap, market needs, and commercial objectives.
skills and experience required.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in product marketing or category management, with at least 3 years focused on overseas markets, preferably within the smart home or consumer electronics industry.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and growing product categories internationally, demonstrating strong business acumen and results-driven execution.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and cross-cultural collaboration skills, with fluency in English and proficiency in other major business languages being a significant advantage.
- Ability to travel internationally as needed to engage with regional teams, partners, and customers.
