Role Mission: To lead the end-to-end establishment of a world-class brewery, from initial R&D liquid development to the physical commissioning of a greenfield plant. You are the technical "anchor" for the company entry into the beer market.
Key Responsibilities:
0-1 Plant Engineering: Oversee the design, equipment selection, and installation of brewing lines, ensuring global MNC standards.

Product R&D: Develop high-stability, high-quality Lager/Light Beer recipes tailored for the Southeast Asian palate.
Operational Leadership: Manage the transition from project phase to full plant operations, including P&L responsibility for production costs.
Team Building: Recruit, train, and mentor a local technical team, instilling a culture of "Quality First" and safety.
Quality Assurance: Establish the laboratory and sensory protocols to ensure every batch meets rigid brand specifications.
Candidate Profile:
Experience: 12+ years in technical brewing roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership/Plant Manager capacity.
Pedigree: Proven track record within Tier 1 Global Brewers.
Expertise: Mastery of large-scale Lager production. Experience in "Greenfield" projects is a must.
Attributes: Ambitious, "hands-on" engineering mindset, and the grit to navigate an emerging market build.
