1.Create annual sales plan for China Sales channels in line with corporate growth strategy.
2.Achieve the BU sales and margin objectives for the China Market.
3.Drive the execution of business initiatives supporting strategic product launch and investments.
4.Research and identify opportunities that are present in existing and new markets/ channels to speed the growth.
5.Utilizes Sell Through and Sell in data, as well as strong ROI metrics to quantify options and decisions.
6.Drive category/channel success, as well as Resellers success by helping Resellers better compete in their own end market.
7.Reaches mutually acceptable agreements with Resellers that minimizes risk and drives long-term value. Understanding the issues related to the decision-making process; ability to analyze situations fully and accurately, and reach productive decisions in a timely manner.
8.Identifies opportunities and takes action to build strategic relationships across the entire value chain and relevant functional areas, as well as with Reseller's stakeholders. Builds an understanding for other functions objectives and perspectives and finds productive solutions to ensure that channel and product strategies are brought to life.
