About the Job
Position Title: Key Account Manager -F&B
Regional Business Expansion: Main responsibility involves managing, maintaining, and aggressively growing the business portfolio within the food industry across the North China region.
Strategic Client Management: Build professional relationships with key corporate decision-makers, continuously assessing and validating client needs to maximize loyalty, account value, and satisfaction.
Growth & Portfolio Execution: Implement annual sales plans, manage operational targets (including cross-selling, portfolio management, and securing new business areas), and formulate dynamic customer development plans.
End-to-End Project Ownership: Secure and drive client projects from inception to completion—tracking samples, managing quotes, negotiating contracts, and aligning local interests with global organizational standards.
Cross-Functional Optimization: Integrate client needs smoothly into internal processes, coordinate complaint resolutions, and consistently optimize organizational structures in alignment with leadership.
Skills and Experience Required
Industry Expertise: 8+ years of proven B2B sales experience specifically within the food ingredients sector.
Market Knowledge: Strong familiarity with dairy enterprises and the broader food manufacturing landscape in the North China region is highly preferred.
Educational Background: College degree or above; a degree in Food Science or a related technical discipline is a distinct advantage.
Core Competencies: Excellent professional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
Language Proficiency: Solid written English capabilities to effectively navigate documentation and global project alignment.
