- Communicate daily with potential and existing customers via email and phone to develop new business, focusing on locally controlled Sea, Air, Rail, and Road transport for import and export.
- Conduct regular customer visits to build, maintain, and manage relationships while identifying opportunities for business expansion.
- Analyze customer needs to provide high-quality supply chain and logistics solutions, including preparing quotations and tracking the entire process.
- Negotiate terms with customers to ensure business profitability.
- Collaborate closely with Trade Lane Managers to support specific trade lane development and promote the company’s core products.
- Maintain accurate records by entering meeting minutes into CRM systems and submitting weekly/monthly sales reports to management.
- Participate in frequent sales meetings to report on business progress, share market intelligence, and align on development plans to achieve targets.
- Work cross-functionally with internal departments and overseas teams to resolve client or supplier complaints and ensure timely payment collection.

- Proven experience in sales within the freight forwarding or logistics industry (Sea, Air, Road, and Rail products).
- Strong ability to identify customer needs and propose tailored logistics and supply chain solutions.
- Demonstrated negotiation skills with a focus on securing profitable business.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems for recording interactions and managing customer data.
- Excellent communication skills for daily interaction with clients and internal global teams (email, phone, and in-person).
- Ability to work independently to set and achieve personal performance targets.
- Experience working in an international environment, coordinating with overseas teams and Trade Lane Managers.
