- Responsible for maintaining and expanding key customer relationships within the automotive, medical, and semiconductor vertical markets, ensuring sustained business growth.
- Independently develop and execute New Business Development (BD) plans, identifying high-potential market opportunities and emerging clients.
- Drive the effective introduction and sales conversion of company products and solutions through an in-depth understanding of customer needs.
- Achieve annual sales revenue and profit targets, and manage contract negotiations, quotations, and project lifecycle.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Key Account Management (KAM) within the communication components or related high-tech industrial product sectors.
- Proven track record and ability to conduct independent Business Development (BD), capable of establishing new customer relationships from scratch.
- Familiarity with the supply chain and technical requirements of the automotive, medical, or semiconductor industries; relevant industry customer resources are a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with foreign colleagues or the headquarters.
