- Develop and Maintain Client Relationships: Establish and foster strong, long-term relationships with industrial large-scale clients to understand their needs, challenges, and strategic objectives.
- Account Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned industrial accounts, driving revenue growth through cross-selling and up-selling.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement account-specific strategies aligned with client goals and company objectives, ensuring alignment between client needs and our solutions.
- Sales Execution: Lead the sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation, ensuring timely and successful closure of deals.
- Customer Satisfaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
skills and experience required.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, with a focus on industrial large-scale clients.
- Language Skills: Fluent English speaker (both written and spoken) with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the plastic injection molding industry and industrial manufacturing processes.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach.
