skills and experience required:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of hands-on software development experience with Java, including at least 5+ years in technical leadership roles.
• Expertise in Spring Boot, REST/GraphQL APIs, microservices, and distributed system design.
• Solid background in messaging platforms (Kafka, Solace), databases (PostgreSQL, Redis), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proven track record in CI/CD, DevOps practices, automated testing, and high-concurrency architecture.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication capabilities.
• Business fluency in English (both written and spoken).
• Knowledge or exposure to AI applications in finance is a plus.
