Candidate Requirements
**Bachelor‘s degree (any discipline)
**3+ years FMCG/F&B sales experience (food ingredients/condiments preferred)
**Business-fluent English (written & verbal)
**Local language proficiency + English advantage
Critical Competencies
**Proven ability to build distribution networks in new markets
**Strong commercial acumen with P&L understanding
**Adaptability to diverse business cultures across SEA
**Strategic problem-solving skills with market trend analysis capability
Compensation & Benefits
Supervisor: RMB 200,000 - 350,000/year
Manager: RMB 400,000 - 600,000/year
