Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Sales Strategy: Identify key projects, market segments, and potential clients (architects, designers, developers, contractors) to achieve ambitious sales targets. 
- Build Key Relationships: Proactively build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within the architecture, design, and property development communities. 
- Project Pipeline Management: Manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM software, tracking project status from initial specification to final order and completion. 
- Technical Consultation: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert knowledge on our product portfolio, technical specifications, and application possibilities to get our solutions specified into projects. 
- Negotiation and Closing: Lead commercial negotiations, prepare compelling proposals and quotations, and successfully close sales agreements. 
- Project Coordination: Collaborate closely with internal teams (technical, logistics, and customer service) to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the client's specifications. 
- Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new project opportunities, providing regular feedback to management. 
 
skills and experience required.
- Experience: 5+ years of proven B2B project sales experience, preferably in the premium building materials, architectural products, outdoor solutions, or high-end interior finishes industry. 
- Network: A strong, existing network of contacts within the Shanghai-based architect, designer, and property developer community. 
- Track Record: Demonstrable success in meeting and exceeding sales targets in a project-driven environment. 
- Sales Skills: Exceptional skills in negotiation, presentation, and communication (both verbal and written). 
- Mindset: A highly self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive individual with a "hunter" mentality. 
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. 
- Location: Based in Shanghai with a deep understanding of the local market.
