- Develop and execute the channel sales strategy and development plan for the China region to achieve revenue targets.
- Be responsible for the construction and optimization of the channel ecosystem, ensuring coverage of key customer segments in the manufacturing sector.
- Manage and maintain over 50 channel partners, conducting regular performance evaluations and guidance.
- Drive the enhancement of channel partners' product knowledge and sales capabilities, organizing relevant training and support.
- Monitor market dynamics and competitor activities, adjusting channel strategies promptly to maintain market competitiveness.

- Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in channel management or sales, with a background in electronic components or industrial products being preferred.
- Proven experience in successfully formulating and implementing channel strategies, capable of independently leading teams to accomplish objectives.
