Develop annual operational strategies for nationwide/regional stores in line with company goals. Coordinate new store openings, existing store optimizations, and closure evaluations to ensure brand competitiveness.
Improve QSC (Quality, Service, Cleanliness) standards for stores, supervise their implementation, and regularly optimize processes to ensure consistent service across all regional stores.
Collaborate with the Marketing department to design a membership benefits system and plan online and offline marketing activities to increase customer repurchase rates and loyalty.
Plan operational strategies for food delivery platforms, optimize product structure, and expand corporate client partnerships.
Dynamically monitor labor, energy consumption, and operating expenses, and develop cost-reduction plans to balance input-output ratio.
Partner with the HR and Training departments to build a store manager training system and assist in developing a talent pipeline to enhance team execution and service standards.
Establish food safety emergency plans, respond quickly to customer complaints and public opinion, and maintain brand image and customer trust.
Collaborate with the R&D team on new product development, optimize the menu structure, and ensure stable supply and quality of ingredients.
Implement food safety regulations and coordinate with the Quality Control department to conduct food safety training and store audits to ensure compliance with national standards.
Collaborate with the Marketing (brand events), Finance (budget control), Purchasing (operational support), and HR (labor control) departments to ensure the efficient execution of operational goals.
skills and experience required.
Over 8 years of experience in chain restaurant management, with a preference for experience in high-end Western restaurants or Michelin-starred brands.
Proficient in standardized management of chain stores, with experience in food delivery platform operations and membership system optimization.
Skilled in using Excel/PPT to develop improvement strategies based on operational data.
English and Mandarin can be used as working language
With strong Wine and Spirits knowledge is preferred
