You will directly report to the commercial head, and lead a 15 people team.

- Develop the overall marketing strategies and sales policies for all channels, including Retail, Food & Beverage, and E-commerce, based on sales targets and various brand strategies.
- Formulate appropriate marketing campaign plans tailored to the characteristics of each channel and supervise the execution of these campaigns.
- Establish the annual trade marketing budget, allocate and manage it rationally, control pricing and expenses, and ensure the achievement of profit targets.
- Timely adjust strategic direction based on the current channel status and execution results, assisting channels in achieving sales targets.
- Assist colleagues in the Marketing Department, Channel/Regional teams in analyzing channel information, consumer trends, and competitor intelligence to identify business opportunities.
- Manage and guide the Trade Marketing team, enhancing the team's professional capabilities.

skills and experience required.
- Education: Associate's degree or above; a major in Marketing or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of trade marketing experience in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry, with all-channel (omnichannel) trade marketing management experience, and full-process channel promotion experience for new product launches (especially B2C/C-side).
- Skills: Proficient in using Office software; able to communicate fluently in English; experience managing a team of 5 or more people.
- Other: Possesses strong business acumen and logical thinking; able to dynamically formulate promotional policies for different categories and products based on market demand to empower sales.
