一、工作目标：1. 通过管理供应商的质量表现，预防质量风险，提出相关解决方案并落实行动，从而提升供应商质量体系和工艺流程的自主性，持续确保产品质量满足客户和运动爱好者的需求。2. 负责产品量产前的质量，技术以及生产工艺标准的制定，管理新产品试产，质量控制，工艺流程控制项目，确保新产品上市的可靠性、稳定性和高效，并保证生产过程中的持续改善。二、工作职责：（一）质量管理 40% ：1. 管理供应商的日常质量表现，运用相关质量工具，分析评估供应商的质量体系，识别质量风险，发现根本问题，并采取相应行动解决质量问题。2. 建立和执行产品质量控制计划，提升供应商在质量管理方面的稳定性和自主性。3. 带领供应商通过质量审核并追求持续绩效表现，并提高供应商的自评意识和能力。4. 确保并推动供应商的社会责任（环境，人权，安全等）管理。（二）新产品开发和导入 60% ：1. 参与内外部工业技术要求制定，根据内外部标准确认供应商生产流程与技术要求，建立并管理供应商工艺流程控制计划对产品进行过程质量，过程参数以及产品关键点检测。2

岗位职责：1、负责销售需求预测的收集和管理，并制定滚动预测计划，定期优化需求计划流程;2、监控库存现货率、断货率、库存周转率，保持库存在合理水平；3、根据需求预测信息，评估供应链库存水平，对不同产品设置库存策略；对已经发生问题的库存， 提出处理意见并协调推动各方尽快处理；4、对接采购、工厂下发采购单，跟进产品到货并及时处理异常， 确保订单到货时间及品质无异常；5、管理第三方仓储，确保入库出库符合SOP要求，确保库存准确率；监控不良品库龄；6、完成上级主管安排的其他工作事项；任职要求：1、本科及以上学历，采购、供应链等相关专业优先；2、有1-2年以上岗位需求相关工作经验；熟悉制造业生产计划及需求计划流程；3、具有高度的责任心和逻辑思维能力；4、熟悉ERP/SAP/WMS系统；英文流利
