- Drive the execution and tracking of core business initiatives to ensure sales strategic goals are met on schedule.
- Conduct in-depth business analysis to identify efficiency bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement within the sales process.
- Lead and monitor sales transformation tracking projects, ensuring the effective implementation of new sales models.
- Design and implement sales excellence initiatives to enhance the overall performance and efficiency of the sales team.
- Regularly provide management with reports on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and propose data-driven action plans.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize data with attention to detail and accuracy
- Market / business intelligence skills
- Proficient in MS Excel, power point and SAP reporting tools
- Power BI or other data analysis tools
- Experience within sales excellence is a plus
- Experience with similar industrial background is preferred
- Good people skills and able to work with people at all levels
- Good communication skills (in writing and vocally)
