5+ years of sales experience, including at least 3 years in a sales management role, with a successful channel management track record.
Mandatory requirement: Proven experience managing a business portfolio with annual sales exceeding 200 Million RMB, preferably in mechanical transmission or industrial equipment.
Exceptional team leadership, talent development, and strong communication and negotiation skills.
Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English, and willingness to travel domestically.
