Proactively develop and maintain Automotive OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) clients, promoting the application of the company's coating products in vehicle manufacturing.
Independently conduct market research, analyze competitive landscapes, and formulate/execute sales strategies tailored for the automotive industry.
Coordinate with internal technical teams to provide clients with professional coating solutions, technical support, and product demonstrations.
Manage the entire process from project initiation, technical qualification, contract negotiation, to order fulfillment, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the chemical materials, coatings, or related polymer materials industry.
Must possess existing Automotive OEM client resources and proven successful development experience (e.g., car manufacturers, Tier 1 suppliers).
Have a deep understanding and technical background in automotive manufacturing processes and coating applications.
Possess excellent business negotiation and strong project management skills, capable of independently handling major account maintenance and development.
Fluent English skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), capable of effective communication with foreign teams and the headquarters.
