About the Job
Strategic Leadership: You will translate high-level business strategies into actionable sales targets and design data-driven incentive schemes to motivate the field force.
Digital Transformation: Lead the charge in implementing AI and Image Recognition (IR) technology to automate shelf auditing and optimize "Perfect Store" standards.
Performance Orchestration: Build and manage advanced automated dashboards (Power BI/Tableau) to provide full visibility into sell-in, sell-out, and inventory levels.
Innovation & Growth: Act as a change agent, optimizing Sales Force Automation (SFA) tools and re-engineering processes to increase sales productivity.
Skills and Experience Required
Professional Background: 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence, or Business Analysis, specifically within the FMCG or Retail sectors.
Digital Mastery: A proven track record of leading digital transformation projects, such as CRM optimization or AI/IR implementations.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced expertise in Excel and BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or SQL.
Education: A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
Soft Skills: A strategic mindset with the ability to influence both frontline sales teams and senior leadership through strong stakeholder management
