- Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with key accounts and commodity markets nation-wise, manage the whole sell-in process.
- Perform comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats within the fruits industry.
- Discover and capitalize on new business opportunities to grow the customer base and diversify the product portfolio.
- Inspire and lead the sales team to achieve outstanding performance and exceed sales targets.

skills and experience required.
- At least 8 years of sales experience in a fruits commodity sector.
- Deep and solid understanding of China’s fruits market, strong resources in commodity markets.
- Fluent in Mandarin and proficient in English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
