- Territory Management: Develop and implement sales strategies for Jiangsu Province, focusing on universities, research institutes, and government laboratories.
- Technical Sales: Demonstrate product expertise in scientific instruments, including application support, troubleshooting, and training for end-users.
- Customer Engagement: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Pre-Sales Support: Collaborate with technical teams to provide pre-sales demonstrations, feasibility studies, and proposal development.
- Post-Sales Service: Coordinate with service teams to ensure timely installation, training, and ongoing support for customers.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to provide valuable insights.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management on progress against targets.
skills and experience required.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, technical sales, or customer service, with a focus on scientific instruments or laboratory equipment.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of scientific instruments, laboratory workflows, and application requirements.
- Language Skills: Fluent in Mandarin (both written and spoken) with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach.
- Travel Willingness: Willing to travel extensively (50%+ of time) within Jiangsu Province and occasionally to other regions.
