- Oversee overall business operations and team management in Shanghai, leading a team to achieve sales targets and implement market strategies.
- Lead distributor client development and management, maintain long-term partnerships, and assist in negotiating contracts for key regional accounts.
- Develop and execute sales plans for the Shanghai region to ensure annual revenue targets are met .
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities, optimize channel strategies, and enhance brand market share.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to resolve business challenges and drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Manage team performance and talent development to improve team cohesion and execution efficiency.
skills and experience required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; exceptional candidates with associate degrees may be considered.
- 5+ years of provincial/regional management experience in FMCG, retail, or related industries, preferably with a well-known corporate background.
- Familiarity with the Shanghai local market and distributor channels; experience in TT (Traditional Trade) is a plus, modern trade experience is also valued.
- Proven track record of managing a regional market with revenue exceeding 100M RMB.
- Strong team leadership and client negotiation skills, able to work under pressure.
- Market-savvy with strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.
- Results-driven, integrity, and willingness to travel occasionally.
