Profile Qualifications :
• Strong experience in industrial manufacturing, preferably in burners, combustion systems, metal-mechanics, or similar engineered products
• Proven background in production and quality management
• Solid understanding of industrial processes, supply chain, documentation, and quality systems
• Leadership mindset, hands-on attitude, and strong problem-solving skills
• Willingness to complete an initial training period in Europe
• Chinese speaking. English will be preferential

• Ensure compliance with technical specifications, safety rules, and international standards
• Act as the technical bridge between European headquarters and the local organization • Support continuous improvement, cost optimization, and lean manufacturing initiatives
