Job Purpose
Oversee the strategic planning, business operations, and profit attainment for overseas and European markets, driving regional business growth, brand influence, and market share expansion. Ensure balanced development in both global emerging and mature markets to achieve the company’s globalization strategy.

1. Strategic Planning & Business Development
• Develop 3-5 year business strategies for overseas and European markets (covering market entry, product portfolio, and channel expansion), aligning with global objectives and regional policies (e.g., EU carbon emission regulations, emerging market tariff barriers).
• Lead regional investment decisions (e.g., joint ventures) and optimize resource allocation to address market volatility (e.g., supply chain risks, geopolitical impacts).
• Identify growth opportunities in emerging markets (e.g., Middle East, Africa, Eastern Europe) and drive the implementation of vehicle models (EV/PHEV) and innovative business models (e.g., subscription services, mobility solutions).
2. Business Operations & Performance Management
• Accountable for regional revenue, profit, and market share targets; establish and monitor KPIs (e.g., sales volume, customer satisfaction, channel coverage).
• Manage end-to-end value chain operations (production, sales, aftersales, marketing) and enhance cross-departmental collaboration and efficiency (e.g., inventory turnover, cost optimization).
• Lead crisis response (e.g., policy changes, PR incidents) to ensure business continuity and brand reputation.
3. Market & Brand Management
• Oversee regional brand positioning and marketing strategies tailored to multicultural demands.
• Supervise full-cycle product launches (pricing, promotion, distribution) to ensure localized competitiveness (e.g., low-barrier financing solutions for Southeast Asia).
• Build government relations and industry partnerships (e.g., dealers, energy firms, tech companies) to secure policy support and ecosystem collaboration.
4. Organization & Team Leadership
• Lead cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, operations, legal, etc.) in overseas/European markets, establishing efficient structures and talent pipelines.
• Foster cross-cultural management (e.g., European precision vs. emerging market agility), resolving conflicts and strengthening team cohesion.
• Design regional incentive mechanisms aligned with global performance systems and local talent needs.
5. Compliance & Risk Management
• Ensure compliance with local regulations (e.g., EU GDPR, antitrust laws, emerging market trade policies).
• Monitor regional political-economic risks (e.g., currency fluctuations, tariff adjustments) and develop mitigation strategies.
• Implement ESG goals (carbon neutrality, ethical supply chains) to enhance corporate social responsibility.
Qualifications
1. Education
• Bachelor’s degree or above; MBA, International Business, Engineering Management, or related fields preferred.
2. Experience
• 25+ years in multinational automotive corporations, including 10+ years as Regional GM or equivalent; experience in top 3 global automotive groups is a plus.
• Proven track record in both mature (e.g., Europe) and emerging markets (e.g., Southeast Asia, Latin America); experience leading cross-border M&A or business transformations preferred.
• Successfully executed multinational brand campaigns in Europe; experience in promoting new energy vehicles (NEVs) is advantageous.
3. Core Competencies
