- Business Strategy & P&L: Take full ownership of the strategic planning, pricing structures, and growth targets for the specific product line in the China market.
- Channel Empowerment: Coordinate and enable a nationwide network of distributors and engineering partners to ensure brand specification and successful project execution.
- Global Strategic Alignment: Report directly to Global Headquarters; serve as the "Voice of China" in discussions regarding global supply chain strategies and product localization.
- Competitive Defense: Analyze movements of top-tier global automation peers to develop and execute differentiated competitive strategies.
skills and experience required.
- Extensive Industry Expertise: 10+ years of experience in industrial automation, precision instrumentation, or fluid control systems.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of the technical applications of precision control components (e.g., positioners, actuators, or sensing devices) within complex industrial environments.
- Strategic Execution: Ability to translate global vision into local market success and drive business independently through cross-functional influence without a direct local reporting team.
- International Communication: Fluency in English as a primary working language; capable of leading complex business negotiations and strategic discussions with overseas headquarters.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
