2. Propose alternative chemistry for drug substance and intermediates, including route evaluation and process optimization.
3. Source and develop raw materials, intermediates and regulatory starting materials.

skills and experience required.

1. Ph.D. or M.S.in organic chemistry, chemical engineering or related discipline. MS with 6+ years or PhD with 3+ years of industrial experience.
2. Hands-on experience in APl process development. scale-up, and manufacturing. Knowledge of cGMP compliance, NMPA, FDA and ICH guidelines and other regulatory requirements
3. Strong problem solving skills with sound technically driven decision-making ability Excellent management and interpersonal skills coupled with goal-oriented personality
