responsibilities：
- Holistic view of pharma industry in China.
- Responsible for development of portfolio strategy.
- Responsible for the development of market and customer cluster.
- Initiate and coordinate product development according to market need or trend.
- Develop pricing strategy and competitive analysis.
requirements:
- Min. 5 years’ experience in pharma industry.
- Experience in sales, engineering and/or applications in the pharma industry is preferred.
- Team management experience.
- Business sensitivity about changing market situation.
- Proficient in product management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills experience.
- Able to work in under pressure and managing multiple priorities.
- Customer and market orientation.
- Ability to work across multiple functions and communication across geographies.
- Collaborate cross functional organization and help develop internal competencies and resources to grow the business.
