Job Responsibilities:
- Support channel manager to implement channel program and channel policy for different business line. Support to launch and training channel program, channel policy for sales team and channel partners.
- Dealer Performance Management: Oversee and manage the sales performance of our dealer network, ensuring they meet and exceed established sales targets.
- Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies for dealers, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their sales goals and market share objectives.
- Visit channel partners regularly. Attend the regular channel sales review with sales team, Submit the monthly channel partner’s performance report. Channel partner Sales forecast & Target Planning.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in industrial Robot/ industrial automation/electrical engineering or related major, MBA is prefer
- 5+ years professional experience in Industrial Sales/ Channel Sales management/ business intelligence related. Channel sales experience preferred
- Result oriented
- Having distributors management experience.
