This role is going to manage entire China P&L with leading over 20 people in China, including commercial team, supporting team, etc.

You'll be instrumental in shaping our future. You will develop and execute the annual strategic business plan, taking full ownership of sales, costs, and profit targets. This role requires a strong focus on innovation as you identify and lead new business opportunities, driving growth ahead of competitors. You'll be responsible for forging strong relationships with distributors, overseeing joint business plans, and ensuring seamless implementation of strategic initiatives. A key aspect of your role will be to coach and develop our sales organization, fostering a high-performing team.
skills and experience required.
- Over 15 years of progressive experience in consumer goods sales, with a proven track record of delivering sustainable growth.
- A Graduate Degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, Management, Product, or equivalent.
- In-depth experience in eCommerce is a must.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Preferably, experience in Sales Management of impulse-driven categories.
- Demonstrated results in delivering sustainable and growing business.
- Consistently demonstrate ethical behaviors and integrity.
- Possess an entrepreneurial mindset and strong business acumen.
- A deep understanding of the China market and consumer insights.
