- Oversee business operations and strategy across three to five designated provinces
- Lead and mentor a professional sales team of approximately five members
- Manage an annual business volume of approximately 200 million RMB
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients in heavy industry, metallurgy, maritime, robotics, and data centers
- Identify new market opportunities and drive revenue growth through strategic planning

- Strong experience in channel sales management and distribution network development
